Where do you deliver, and what are your delivery timeframes?
We currently offer fresh flower delivery throughout Kuala Lumpur and select areas within the Klang Valley. Deliveries are typically made between 10 am and 6 pm daily. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout, and specific delivery charges (if applicable) will be calculated based on the recipient’s address. For same-day delivery requests, please contact us directly before 12 pm to check availability.
How long will my flowers last, and how do I care for them?
We take great pride in sourcing the freshest, highest-quality blooms, often handpicked for their beauty and longevity. While lifespan varies by flower type and environment, most of our arrangements should bring joy for 5-7 days or longer with proper care! To maximize freshness, trim the stems at an angle upon arrival, place them in a clean vase with fresh water (and the flower food provided, if included), change the water every 1-2 days, and keep the flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources. We want your timeless blooms to last!

Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, occasionally we may need to make minor substitutions based on availability to ensure your arrangement is delivered fresh and beautiful. If this happens, our skilled floral artists will always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and emotional essence of the arrangement you selected.
